South Korea To Transfer Missile And EMP-Bomb Technology To UAE

A South Korean government source reported that South Korea is prepared to provide military technology to the United Arab Emirates, including technology for an Electro Magnetic Pulse (EMP) bomb. "...The state-funded Agency for Defense Development (ADD) has been pushing to develop the bomb capable of neutralizing an enemy's command-and-control, communications and defense radar systems...The agency plans to complete the development by 2014..."
