			US Army Corps of Engineers EMP Protection Engineering and Design Pamphlet EMP protection has been a fundamental doctrine for the U.S. military for decades.  This unclassified US Army document, published in 1990, is an excellent example, providing engineering and design information about “protecting fixed ground facilities against the effects of an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) produced by a nuclear explosion.”
